Christmas Workshop: Sustainable Furoshiki Gift Wrapping

Come and join Japanese artist Nami Osaki for her Sustainable Furoshiki Gift Wrapping workshop. Furoshiki is a Japanese traditional wrapping cloth that is eco-friendly and mostly used for wrapping gifts and carrying goods.

In this workshop Nami will share her knowledge of traditional and modern Furoshiki art techniques for wrapping different sizes and shapes of gifts, also making many types of eco-friendly carry bags! Plus you will be introduced some easy up-cycle techniques to create your own unique Furoshiki with what you already have at home!

Please bring:

2 x empty wine bottles (or similar)
2 x regular size (rectangle) tissue boxes
