Cloth in childcare workshop for EY settings – Little Green Steps WA & the Nappy Guru with the support of the City of Canning

Little Green Steps WA in collaboration with The Nappy Guru are excited to bring you our NEW ‘Cloth in Childcare workshop for EY Settings’ funded by the City of Canning.

Many parent communities are after behaviour change solutions to reduce environmental impacts such as nappy waste so we responded with a Cloth in Care Nappy trial in 2022 which highlighted that both Long and Family Day Cares CAN use cloth nappies in their settings and reduce nappy and associated waste.

We are keen to show you how it is done & we will:

• share take-home processes and systems that work in childcare settings.
• get hands-on with the Nappy Guru to use Modern cloth nappies and supplies that work in Childcare.
• hear how you can save money and reduce single use nappy supplies.
• engage your families in this journey AND
• take advantage of the laundry service interested in supporting cloth washing in your region.
