Cooking in Bulk

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is pleased to welcome back Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA for this engaging 2-hour hands-on workshop, co-funded by the Waste Authority.
“Cooking in Bulk” is designed to help you save time, money, and effort by preparing nourishing, freezer-friendly meals in advance. Participants will learn how to identify cost-saving opportunities when buying ingredients in bulk, along with up-to-date guidance on safe food storage to help reduce food waste and improve kitchen efficiency.
Throughout the session, you will gain practical skills and confidence to plan and prepare meals that are both nutritious and economical. You will also take part in preparing delicious dishes together, which will be shared and enjoyed for lunch.
