Online EEPP Webinar Series: Carbon Accounting for Small and Medium Enterprises – Session 2

Learn how beneficial carbon accounting is for small to medium-sized businesses and how you can reduce your carbon footprint.
With Australia’s first mandatory sustainability reporting standards set to take effect early next year, businesses are increasingly expected to measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. Carbon accounting plays a crucial role in this process by helping organisations identify emission sources across their operations and quantify the environmental impact of their goods and services. It also supports the development of targeted strategies to reduce emissions.
This three-part webinar series on Carbon Accounting is specifically designed for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and local governments. It will provide a clear overview of what carbon accounting involves, why it matters, and how to implement it effectively within your business.
The sessions will be presented by Dr Chris Lund – Founder and Technical Director of Decarbonology, and hosted by Switch Your Thinking as part of an Energy Efficiency Pilot Program (EEPP) funded by Energy Policy WA, a branch of the Western Australian Government’s Department of Energy and Economic Diversification.
