Join Kevin and Debbie from The Worm Shed for a fun and informative workshop on recycling and gardening with worms!

You’ll learn:

• How to set up and maintain a thriving worm farm
• Tips for keeping your worms healthy through summer
• How to use nutrient-rich worm castings and leachate to boost your garden

Worm Farm subsidy
City of Armadale residents attending the workshop are entitled to a $160 subsidy on an advanced worm farm set-up which will be available for purchase on the day.

• The Mega Worm Café kit includes a Worm Café worm farm, 1kg worms (approx. 4000), 15 litres of castings for bedding, 500g dolomite, a worm blanket and a comprehensive instruction booklet.
• Unit cost is $260; subsidy is $160 and your price to pay is $100.

To claim the subsidy

1. Pre-order your worm farm when you register for the worm farming workshop
2. Attend the workshop with proof of your address
3. Pay for your worm farm (cash is preferred)
4. Take your worm farm home, set up and enjoy
