Winter is here, it’s time to spruce up your soup game!
Join Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA at Bentley Community Garden for this Soulful Soup Cooking Workshop. You’ll make a variety of different soups using seasonal produce while reducing food waste. Sample each of the soups over lunch, check out the community garden, and take away the recipes to make again at home.
This workshop is suitable for all cooking abilities.
Please bring a reusable container to take home any excess soup!

Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA is a qualified Nutrionist with over 15 years of cooking and community garden experience. She delivers Hands on Nutrition workshops that aims to give people the skills and confidence to cook a variety of easy, healthy recipes that they can easily replicate at home.
