Natives, vegetables and fruit trees all have different nutritional and microbiological requirements. In this workshop, participants will learn what makes plants healthy, what tools to use to determine plant health, what is the soil food web community that contributes to plant health, what is plant succession from bare soil to trees, how to tailor compost for specific plants, how to test the pH of compost and what compost method is achievable given specific access to resources and land.

This workshop is free, but registrations are essential.
