Thinking Green: caring for native wildlife in Ellenbrook

August 17, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Free

Meet some of the many native local birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians found in our backyards and local bushland!

Join Native Animal Rescue, a not-for-profit organisation located in the City of Swan, to learn about native animals and what we can do to care for them.

Learn why we shouldn’t feed native animals human food, how to attract wildlife into your backyard and what to do if you find an injured or sick native animal.

There will be native wildlife at the workshop!

Thinking Green is a series of free programs hosted across the City’s libraries and community venues! To find out more and see the full list of workshops and talks, visit the City of Swan Libraries website.

Please book in as spaces are limited. For all program and booking inquiries contact the Sustainable Environment Officer on (08) 9267 9282.

Please note that this program is suitable for most ages. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
