Thinking Green: Speed date an eRideable

Please note that this is a program for adults and young people aged 12 and over, and is a presentation followed by optional test rides for attendees aged 16 and over. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear .

What are e-rideables? What is legal? Is it the right vehicle for me? How much fun is it riding one? If any or all of these questions are on your mind, join this interactive workshop that’ll introduce participants to micromobility, the impact it’ll have on reducing your carbon footprint when commuting and their legal framework. People on Bicycles will equip you with skills and knowledge before you can test an e-bike, e-scooter or e-cargo bike.

Thinking Green is a free series hosted at the City’s libraries and community centres, which aims to aims to inspire participants to change their lifestyle, improve their wellbeing and be kinder to the environment.
