Waste – Where does it go?

March 9 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Free

Do you want to become a master of recycling? Unsure of what materials go in each bin?

There is always more we can learn and in the area of waste there is a lot that will surprise you!

Come along and learn how to sort your waste correctly with waste extraordinaire Peg Davies in this hands-on workshop. In this interactive workshop, Peg will answer the question ‘where does waste go, and what’s the best way to deal with it’?

Peg will take you through the kerbside bin options available in Perth, with a special focus on recyclable items. She’ll also provide information on how to safely dispose of waste that should never go in your bins at home.

There will be photography at this event, please advise staff if you don’t wish to be in photos which may be used for promotional purposes.

A light morning tea will be provided.

Waste – Where does it go? is presented by Peg Davies (Lessen with Peg) on behalf of the City of Perth and Switch Your Thinking.
