Come and join us for a hands-on community workshop to understand ways to create a waterwise, climate resilient garden.
Learn how healthy soils act like a sponge to retain water and reduce garden irrigation needs. This session will explore the role of soil microbes in water retention, includes live microbe viewing, and demonstrates water infiltration and compaction tests.
Participants will discover simple ways to grow their garden’s microbial community, all while saving water.
