Frogology – How to create a frog-friendly garden (Canning)

July 15, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

$10.00

Hop along and learn what we can do in our communities and backyards to support wildlife, especially frogs! Special presenter, Johnny Prefumo, ‘The Frog Doctor’, will introduce you to your local frogs and how to ID them. He will guide you through the basics of providing habitat in you garden – no matter the size, from plant selection to ponds and frog bogs, as well as how best to use the ReWild Perth website to help you plan.

Tickets are $10, and free for children under 15 years. Please note, that while children may enjoy the workshop, information will be catered toward an adult audience and parents must stay with children. Morning tea is provided and each participant will go home with a seedling to kick start their ReWild journey!
This workshop is powered by Perth NRM’s ReWild Perth Program with thanks to our major supporter, Lotterywest, and with thanks to support from our event delivery partner, the City of Canning.
