Plastic Free Forum – Plastic-Free July 1st Event

This is an indoor expo style event, including plastic-free related market stalls, information stalls, interactive demos and kids activities – FREE ENTRY between 8am and 12 noon – what a fantastic way to kick off Plastic Free July… Every person that attends gets a FREE re-useable recycled  bag (until stocks run out) – over 200 have been made with community donated material leading  up to the event by the local CWA/All things Craft Shop ladies and other various community members!!

Waste Sorted via the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale, have funded a series of Plastic-Free related community workshops since April 2023 and the grand finale event is the Plastic Free Forum on Saturday the 1st July alongside the SJ Farmers Markets and key project partners SJ Food Farm Alliance and SJ Community Resource Centre!
