Smarter sustainable homes talk & bus tour (Home base, Subiaco)

Come to this talk on solar homes and Ev vehicles and then join a bus tour of 4 sustainable homes in the local area.

This event is hosted by Solar Dwellings and supported by the Perth branch of renew with guest presenters from the WA branch of the Electric Vehicle Association of Australia.

The Bus Tours & Talk is fun, educational, and inspirational.

The Talk

Sunday 8th October – Home Base, Subiaco

9:00am -10:00am – Registrations open – Meet the Renew Team over a cup of tea/coffee

9:00am – 10:00am – EVs from members of the Electric Vehicle Assoc of Australia will be in the car park to talk about driving and owning an EV

10:00am – 12:30pm – Passive Solar Basics Talk by Griff Morris (Founding director , Solar Dwellings)

12:30pm – 1:00pm – Lunch (bring your own, there is a fridge)

The Bus Tour

Sunday 8th October – Home Base, Subiaco

1:00pm – 5:00pm – Bus tour we will visit 4 homes and chat with the owners about how the home works for them, ask what works and what they would change if they were to do it all over again.

This Bus tour will depart and finish at Home Base, Subiaco (location TBD).

Booking tickets

Ticket Costs include GST (Plus booking fee)

$40 per person – Bus tour (8th October)

$30 per person – Passive Solar Talk (8th October)

 

Please note that you don’t need to do both, you can book tickets for just the talk or just the bus tour if you are only interested in one part of the event.
