Soap Making

There are lots of reasons to make your own cold process natural soap, and now you can in this fun and informative workshop with Peg Davies (Lessen with Peg).

You will be taught the foundations of the cold process soap technique, a great creative outlet that provides you with beautiful, practical products to use or give as gifts. You will learn about the tools, ingredients, process and safety considerations. Choose your favourite natural essential oils to customise your own soap bar to take home with you.

All ingredients and recipes provided.

What to bring:

– small digital kitchen scales (if you have, some will be provided)

– A couple of dessert spoons

– Stainless steel or glass bowl

– Plastic container (e.g. yoghurt or honey bucket to slightly heat oils)

– 1 litre milk carton or long life milk carton (check your bins!)

– Apron

– Preferred essential oils (some will be provided)

– A sense of humour
