Get ready to dive into the world of waste and sustainability!

Join the City of Belmont for an interactive workshop and talk with Award-winning waste educator, Peg Davies, where we’ll be breaking down the new three bin FOGO system, including;

  • Understanding the FOGO system: Learn about the WA Government’s Waste Avoidance and Recovery Strategy, and how FOGO benefits the environment and community
  • Sorting your waste correctly: Get practical tips and advice to help you understand what waste goes where
  • Discover the journey of FOGO waste: Find out how your food and garden scraps become compost.
  • Engage in Q&A: Ask those burning questions!

This workshop is a must-attend for anyone eager to contribute to a more sustainable future, master the art of waste sorting, or understand the benefits our everyday actions can have on the future.

Light refreshments will be provided.
