Great cocky count information session

The Great Cocky Count is an annual citizen-science survey organised by Birdlife Australia and supported by a number of local governments across the south-west of Western Australia. The intent is to monitor the roosting sites of Carnaby’s Black-Cockatoos (EN), Baudin’s Black-Cockatoos (EN) and Forest Red-tailed Black-Cockatoos (VU).

Join the Shire of Mundaring Environment Team for a 1.5-hour information session on Saturday the 18th of February 2023 to find out how you can register for and participate in this year’s annual survey to be held on Sunday April 2nd 2023.
